If the Super Bowl is America’s biggest stage for advertisers, then the World Cup serves the same importance for the rest of the world. I’m loving all the ads coming out for the world’s biggest sporting event. As a soccer player and coach, as well as an advertising professional, these spots speak directly to me. This effort from Carlsberg doesn’t disappoint, although the English should prepare for more than disappointment when the US takes them down in each team’s first match in South Africa.

Stand up if you won the war.
