Great video Mark. This is definitely how my office is….it’s really the main reason why I like working from home whenever I can. I have been trying to train my co-workers on how to use things like Gmail Chat instead of just yelling out my name but they just don’t seem to get it. It’s a big shift for a lot of people getting them to change the way they have always conducted themselves in the workplace…..
Thanks for the comment, Matt. As you say, I think Fried’s ideas here are much easier said than done. I’m excited to read his book, it has received tons of great reviews and hopefully it explores his points with a bit more depth. Maybe I’ll toss up my own review once I’ve finished it.
